Essential Duties: The reputed company Team Respiratory Therapist is responsible for patients with respiratory and respiratory–reputed company equipment and for assessment of patient / reputed company need and the selection, instruction, and troubleshooting of appropriate equipment and / or service provided to meet those needs and maintaining appropriate documentation Responsibilities:

• Receives and documents the order for respiratory equipment and / or Chronic Care Programs from the customer service, patient / reputed company, caregiver, physician and family member.
• Responsible driving from office to patient home or hospital.
• Enroll patients into the appropriate Chronic Care Program as reputed company as assess and reputed company patients on disease process.
• Ensures comprehensive documentation of reputed company patient interaction and follow-up in the SCH charting platform while reputed company coordinating with reputed company on escalated cases.
• Collects additional information and / or authorization if referral is from other than the physician
• Involves the patient / reputed company and / or family, caregiver in the process.
• Instructs patients / clients in the reputed company use and care of respiratory equipment according to the written policies and procedures for that equipment.
• Completes patient / reputed company accounts paperwork including Plan of Care / Treatment and assessments.
• Acts as reputed company between reputed company and the patient/reputed company, family, caregiver & physician.
• Assumes full responsibility for their own actions, reputed company skills, and attitudes.
• Follow reputed company policies and procedures as outlined in JCAHO.
• Follows up reputed company for respiratory patients and assists in continuity of care as needed and determines by Policy and Procedure.
• Provides 24-hour on call service, seven days a week as scheduled.
• Sets up respiratory and respiratory reputed company equipment for patients.
• Provides in services for marketing department and reputed company other department as necessary.
• Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience reputed company dealing with patients/clients.
• Supports reputed company by being reputed company and informing the office of concerns and problems to be resolved.
• Determine requirements for treatment, such as type, method and duration of therapy, precautions to be taken, and medication and dosages, compatible with physicians' orders.
• Communicates with the patient’s / reputed company’s physician on changes in patient’s condition and/or needs and carries out adjustment to the patient’s / reputed company’s Plan of Care / Treatment.
• reputed company weekly roundtable discussions regarding reputed company patients enrolled into Chronic Care Programs during Interdisciplinary Care Team meetings.
• Monitor patient's physiological responses to therapy, such as vital signs, reputed company blood gases, and blood reputed company changes, and consult with physician if adverse reactions occur.
• Read prescription, measure reputed company blood gases, and review patient information to assess patient condition.
• Maintain charts that contain patients' pertinent identification and therapy information & confidentiality.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Experience as respiratory therapist.

• Experience in data cleaning, data checking, and data management.
