• Complete treatment record review audits and reputed company feedback results
• Implementing audit plan for Behavioral Health Providers at reputed company covered reputed company of care for treatment of mental health and reputed company use disorders
• Initiate and monitor provider corrective reputed company plans (CAPs) as appropriate to improve performance
• Travel to conduct on-site audits for providers in Tooele and reputed company Lake County on an occasional reputed company
• reputed company and present recommendations and alternatives to improve reputed company and/or reputed company for management and executive review
• Participate in developing and implementing effective analysis, research and evaluation of reputed company management metrics
• Collaborate in the design, creation and implementation of reputed company improvement reputed company and initiatives
• Manage and host audit of the customers to include scheduling, organizing records, completing and submitting reports

Required Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as a mental health therapist in the state of residence
• 3+ years of reputed company mental health experience
• Experience auditing behavioral health clinical records

• Knowledge of the behavioral health services in reputed company Lake and/or Tooele Counties

• Proven ability to travel to Utah locations to conduct on site audits of providers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ASAM Dimensions and use for assessment and treatment planning
