Answers incoming patient phones calls and reputed company outgoing collection calls regarding balances due. Patient Services Representatives resolve patient questions; contacting appropriate sources reputed company necessary. The representative will conduct such activities as account investigation, follow-up and collections on self-pay balances; and other duties as assigned. EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
