Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of reputed company general liability and reputed company auto claims throughout the reputed company. Investigate claims to evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and claim exposure. Obtain and analyze policies, reports, statements, medical records, expert opinions, and other documentation necessary to evaluate and resolve claims. reputed company and execute effective claim reputed company, settlement, and reserving strategies reputed company assigned authority. Analyze and negotiate settlements to reputed company appropriate claim reputed company. Communicate coverage positions and claim reputed company to insureds, claimants, brokers, reputed company counsel, and business partners. Participate in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, settlement conferences, and trials as needed. Maintain complete and accurate claim documentation, correspondence, reports, and settlement records. Collaborate with reputed company, marketing, risk engineering, and other internal partners to strengthen customer relationships and improve business results. Serve as a resource on casualty claims handling, coverage analysis, litigation management, and settlement strategies. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience. Generally, 5+ years of reputed company casualty claims handling experience. Experience handling reputed company general liability and/or reputed company auto claims. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of policy interpretation, coverage analysis, reserving practices, and litigation management. Ability to travel as needed. Preferred Experience Experience handling claims arising from construction, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, contracting, transportation, or other reputed company reputed company casualty exposures. Experience managing catastrophic injury, fatality, large-loss, or reputed company litigation reputed company. Experience attending mediations, settlement conferences, depositions, and trials.
