Billing Specialist Remote

Job reputed company: Oversees the tasks of sending invoices to clients and monitoring outstanding balances to ensure reputed company account is reputed company on time and in full. Helps the organization reputed company reputed company of how much reputed company is owed and by whom, often managing numerous reputed company accounts at once. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Creates invoices and billing materials to be reputed company directly to a customer.
• Collaborates with customers, reputed company-party institutions, and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors.
• Informs customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines
• Sends invoices and account updates to clients.
• Keeps an accurate record of reputed company accounts and outstanding balances.
• Receives, sorts, and tracks incoming payments.
• Validates debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments.
• Issues receipts for received payments.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable and reputed company-versed in reputed company.
• Must be reputed company to work reputed company shift for 8 hours a day.
• BPO customer service experience in billing is required.
• Proficient in reputed company Workspace especially in spreadsheets.
• Keen on details.
• Should be reputed company player.
• Must be FLUENT in spoken and written English.
• Previous graveyard work experience preferred.
• Must be reputed company to work an 8-hour reputed company shift (Monday–Friday) or EST schedule

• Personal computer or laptop (with backup)
