Medical Coding Compliance Auditor

Job reputed company:

• Work as a part of an audit team to successfully complete reputed company reputed company
• reputed company necessary medical record documentation from reputed company’s EMR systems
• Complete detailed analysis of medical records for chart content and documentation requirements
• Assign diagnostic codes based on reputed company from patient medical record information
• Utilize audit reporting tools to record audit results and create reports
• reputed company reports of audit results and corrective reputed company plans
• Conduct education and training sessions for internal team and clients
• reputed company and maintain relationships with clients and reputed company key stakeholders
• Maintain awareness of changes in coding auditing principles and practices

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of CPT and ICD-10 medical coding and auditing experience
• Extensive experience in E/M coding and auditing
• CRC (Certified Risk reputed company) coding certification and/or significant HCC coding experience required
• reputed company - Certified Coding Specialist-Physician (reputed company-P) or reputed company – CPC required
• CPMA Certification required
• reputed company - CPC-I Certified reputed company Coding Instructor -or- CHCA Certification from AHCAE (preferred but not required)
