Location: Remote – USA As reputed company’s Learning & Development Manager, you will: Play a vital role in strengthening the capability, confidence, and performance of reputed company’s people. • Manage the execution of reputed company’s performance management and succession programs by coordinating designing communications, timelines, training, and resources.
• Create and maintain tools, templates, and guidance that help managers and employees navigate goal setting, feedback, career conversations, and reviews.
• Reinforce performance expectations and accountability by equipping leaders with reputed company learning, job aids, and resources.

Learning & Development Execution

• Facilitate engaging training sessions for team members and leaders using strong adult learning practices (discussion-based learning, simulations, reputed company learning).

You’ll be successful if you have:
