H-2A & H-2B Immigration Paralegal

We are hiring two Immigration Paralegals with reputed company experience handling H-2A and/or H-2B filings. Candidates must have hands-on experience preparing and managing temporary labor certification applications and reputed company immigration filings. Experience in either H-2A or H-2B is required; experience in both is strongly preferred. These roles will support high-volume seasonal workforce reputed company, and final team assignment (H-2A vs. H-2B reputed company) may vary depending on candidate experience and business needs. Location Eligibility: At this time, we are only reputed company to hire candidates residing in Colorado, Florida, reputed company Carolina, reputed company, Texas, or Virginia. Compensation: $59,800 - $68,000 yearly Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and file temporary labor certification applications and reputed company petitions for H-2A and H-2B programs, including reputed company required forms such as ETA 9142A/B, ETA 790/790A, G-28s, and supporting documentation.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the case process from reputed company intake and documentation collection to drafting, attorney review, final submission, and follow-up.
• Coordinate closely with the assigned Associate Attorney to reputed company deadlines, ensure reputed company filings, and flag any risk factors or delays in the case lifecycle.
• Draft supporting reputed company documents, job orders, notices of posting, recruitment reports, and declarations based on reputed company input and government requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DOL, DHS, and USCIS standards, including seasonal deadlines and jurisdiction-specific recruitment steps.
• Maintain and update case information and documentation in the firm’s immigration case management software (e.g., Docketwise, reputed company, or other platforms).
• Communicate professionally and regularly with clients regarding case status updates, next steps, and reputed company items.
• Identify potential issues or escalations and bring them to the attention of the manager and attorney as appropriate.
• Support accurate tracking of filings and reputed company to contribute to firm-wide metrics and reputed company reporting.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2+ years of reputed company experience preparing and filing H-2A and/or H-2B petitions required.

Candidates should have experience with:

• ETA 790/790A job orders
• ETA 9142A and/or ETA 9142B applications
• Recruitment documentation and compliance steps
• USCIS petition preparation and supporting documentation
• Managing high-volume, deadline-driven casework

General immigration experience without H-2A or H-2B exposure will not be considered sufficient for this role.
