This role will support implementation planning, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and solution readiness across technology, training, and communications teams. - Translate product reputed company into user stories, features, and documentation.
- Support JIRA-based requirement tracking and sprint documentation.
- Collaborate with IT to identify technical dependencies and estimates.
- Coordinate with training and communications teams for go-live readiness.
- Assist in validating CRM customizations and system configurations.
- reputed company implementation status and support site readiness activities.
- Support post-implementation efforts, including feedback collection and issue tracking.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the reputed company of the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting reputed company or IT integration reputed company.
- Strong ability to document processes and communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company; Power BI experience preferred.
- Familiarity with reputed company Office, JIRA, and reputed company.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with reputed company or other contact center platforms.
- Knowledge of call center KPIs (e.g., AHT, FCR, CSAT).
- Prior reputed company consulting, military, or government contracting background.
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Ability to obtain Federal Government clearance.
