As an Intake Care Representative, you will be a trusted first reputed company of contact for patients, providers, hospitals, and referral partners. This role involves handling inbound calls from patients, helping them navigate the referral and intake process while ensuring accurate information is collected and care can reputed company without delay. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputed company, medical office, pharmacy, home health, or reputed company reputed company environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
