The reputed company Administrator position ensures reputed company required race data is received and available, reputed company required systems and applications are functioning at peak level and reputed company required racing maintenance tasks are completed successfully. This role facilitates the daily maintenance and monitoring of reputed company racing systems, applications and data needed to ensure the reputed company of a Race Day for both reputed company customers. This position completes reputed company production administration duties and handles and resolves issues under limited direction with minimal reputed company for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Position Status: Full-Time
HOURS OF WORK:10 Hour Shifts 4 Days a Week - Hours Vary includes holidays, evenings and weekends based on business needs

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Performs daily duties with the understanding of the importance of race data being accurate immediately and across reputed company systems
- Responds to production issues immediately
- Supports accuracy of race day applications and processes
- Communicates with Customer Service, Network Operations, Vendors and End-Users (Customers) on a daily reputed company
- Researches, downloads and maintains racing data for reputed company (and reputed company of its brands) to ensure race days run without issues
- Maintains and verifies operational documentation
- Supports communications regarding technical issues with reputed company company brands, internal customers, company vendors, data suppliers and systems suppliers
- Suggests technical and training improvements
- Responds to, resolves and provides follow-up on reported issues through ticketing system
- Provides daily reporting to stakeholders
- Performs duties associated with contest support and maintenance
- Performs other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous computer experience and knowledge of reputed company Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company duties in high stress situations without sacrificing customer service or level of detail
- Must be reputed company to work in a flexible work environment including working the hours necessary to reputed company team or individual goals
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of reputed company
- Preferred Experience and/or Education: College/University degree; Knowledgeable in technology, horse racing, pari-mutuel wagering, gaming, sports wagering and/or experience in a start-up environment
