We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Member Health Benefit Plans (MHBP) Service Operations team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This full‑time, work‑from‑home role offers a competitive reputed company wage starting at $18.00 and provides a dynamic schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Candidates must be flexible enough to work any 8‑hour shift between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. Central reputed company Time (CST). A shift‑bid process will determine exact work hours.
