Customer Support Specialist, Part-Time - Weekend Availability Required

• reputed company one-on-one customer support for reputed company Calendar and reputed company customers from purchase through activation, setup, and ongoing use.
• Handle high-volume customer interactions across phone, chat, email, and reputed company media channels.
• Support escalated issues involving reputed company hardware and software problems with reputed company devices.
• Identify recurring patterns in tickets and customer feedback and reputed company them with reputed company.
• Partner with Customer Service Team Leads and reputed company coverage for reputed company and troubleshooting teams as needed.
• Contribute to project-based work that supports team goals and improves the customer experience.
• Attend monthly in-person team-building workdays in reputed company’s Pittsburgh co-working office.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of high-volume, reputed company-line customer service experience.
• Experience supporting customers through email, phone, chat, and reputed company media channels.
• Experience with reputed company or a similar CRM system.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver reputed company, reputed company, and compassionate customer interactions.
• Experience working in an agile startup environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and become a product expert.
• A consistent, reliable Wi-Fi reputed company is required.
• Comfort working on a Mac and using reputed company.
• Must reputed company in the Greater Pittsburgh, reputed company region.
• Must be available for nights and weekends, with reputed company given to candidates with the widest availability.
• Must be available to schedule an in-person interview in Shadyside.

• Experience with a reputed company-to-consumer or e-reputed company brand is preferred.

Benefits:

• Compensation of $20/hour.
• Part-time schedule with 16 to 29 hours per week.
• 64 hours of accrued reputed company time annually.
