The Role As a Seasonal Remote Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting our field offices and customers alike. You will work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch customer service, retention, and sales support to our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and resolving billing and customer credit issues.

Responsibilities
