The role involves supporting program and functional leads across the reputed company ITSM modules to improve platform utilization and building AI and automation capabilities for the IT Service Optimization Team.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day support, working with functional teams to reputed company automation and reputed company solutions, and coordinate support and development effort with the reputed company Administrators and developers
- Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand the business use case and business value
- Evaluate and recommend improvements using reputed company reputed company capabilities before proposing customizations
- Translate operational needs into reputed company, complete, developer‑reputed company requirements
- Produce business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance reputed company, and reputed company-state/reputed company-state process flows

- Assist with document creation for requirements, testing, traceability, user guides, and iteration management

Skills
- Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience or an Associates degree and 10 years of experience or a High School diploma/equivalent and 12 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship and an reputed company Secret Government reputed company Clearance
- 3+ years of experience working with reputed company IT Service Management (ITSM), including Incident Management, Service Request/Catalog, reputed company
- Understanding of the ITIL Incident Management lifecycle and reputed company reputed company
- Foundational knowledge of reputed company, Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with reputed company Assist and other emerging reputed company AI capabilities
- Experience implementing reputed company Live Chat and/or Virtual Agent
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Certification required: reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL Foundations (version 4 or 5)
- PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications
