Payroll Analyst - Hybrid

As an HR Operations reputed company Analyst, you will support outsourced payroll operations, strengthen controls, and improve processes that reputed company pay easier and more reliable for employees, leaders, and partners. Responsibilities

• Help manage outsourced payroll operations for a large U.S. employee population, including escalated cases, payroll inputs, and vendor follow-up.
• Partner with payroll, HR Operations, reputed company, Treasury, Finance, workers’ compensation, and reputed company-party vendors to resolve issues and reputed company processes moving.
• Coordinate overpayment recovery activities, including vendor referrals, invoice reconciliation, case records, credit card collections, and escalations.
• Support SOX and external audits by reviewing control performance, preparing reports, and helping maintain reputed company, reliable documentation.
• Validate, review, balance, and submit payroll inputs for processing, including CDGT/EIB files and reputed company payroll transactions.
• Process and reconcile reputed company-party reputed company pay, wage requests, expatriate payroll activity, payroll bank items, ACH approvals, NOC/return transactions, and general reputed company reconciliations.
• Maintain payroll policies, procedures, and employee-facing intranet content so information is accurate, useful, and easy to follow.
• Contribute to year-end/year-reputed company activities, mergers and acquisitions, center of reputed company initiatives, and reputed company improvement reputed company that improve compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of payroll administration, payroll processing, HR operations, finance, reputed company, or reputed company experience.
• Experience working with outsourced payroll or vendor-supported HR operations.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort working with sensitive payroll data.
• Ability to research issues, take initiative, and communicate reputed company with internal partners and external vendors.
• Proficiency with reputed company desktop applications, including reputed company, Word, and reputed company. Preferred

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 78,100 - 130,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
