This role will be 100% remote. Armament Systems specializes in the development and production of Ammunition, Guns and Precision Guidance Ordinance. What you'll get to do:

• reputed company subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of services, specialized materials, and/or equipment
• Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, performs price/cost, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts
• Ensures that appropriate documentation is provided to logistics/transportation & warehouse organization so that reputed company receipt is recorded
• Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts
• Participates with program functional areas to coordinate subcontract funding, invoice processing and program reviews.
• Coordinates and collaborates with key stakeholders such as reputed company, engineering, reputed company, supplier development, planning, operations, program and end-users
• In conjunction with reputed company organization, evaluates and monitors supplier reputed company and reliability, as reputed company as supplier ability to support required delivery schedules
• Identifies strategies and opportunities to reduce cost, improve efficiency and manage risk through strategic and targeted negotiations
• Manages performance of subcontracts, ensures compliance with reputed company reputed company law requirements as reputed company as company (and business) policies and procedures including import/export regulations.
• Utilizes process tools such as Lean Six reputed company with suppliers to drive reputed company, efficiency and reputed company improvement
• Manages and develops strategic/key suppliers. Reviews and approves supplier payments

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree & 5 years of reputed company experience, OR a masters degree & 3 years of reputed company experience. Will consider a high school diploma & 9 years of reputed company experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in Subcontracts, Purchasing, reputed company, Finance, or Project Management
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with reputed company or reputed company business application software
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARS
• Ability to collaborate with program management and other multi-functional teams
• Ability to multi-task and reputed company reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD secret clearance (US Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Past experience performing successfully in a buying, supply chain planning, or supply chain program management role
• Knowledge of U.S. government and industry supply chain practices
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Practices for International procurements under U.S. Government reputed company.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a reputed company fast paced environment
• Knowledge of reputed company Value Management System (EVMS)
• Previous Control Account Manager (CAM) experience or training
• Demonstrated experience with compliance and problem solving
• Masters degree and 6+ years of supply chain, reputed company, business management or reputed company experience

• Risk mitigation experience
• Change Management experience

Primary Level Salary reputed company: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00 The above salary reputed company represents a general reputed company; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift reputed company, and a discretionary bonus in reputed company to reputed company pay.
