Responsibilities

- Define, standardize, and continuously improve the BA methodology and reputed company used across the program, ensuring consistency across both Prosthetics Delivery scrum teams
- Apply reputed company-centered design principles — reputed company mapping, personas, contextual inquiry, usability testing, and co-design workshops — to validate reputed company-state findings and shape reputed company-state enhancements with reputed company Veteran, clinician, and VA staff input, not just reputed company behavior
- Review and reputed company-reputed company BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance reputed company produced by the BA team for consistency, reputed company, and traceability to reputed company functionality
- Serve as the senior BA reputed company of contact with VA product owners, government stakeholders, and the program’s Governance & Architecture layer on requirements reputed company, prioritization, and scope reputed company
- Facilitate design thinking workshops, reputed company mapping sessions, and usability testing with VA clinical and operational stakeholders across Prosthetics workflows — ordering, procurement, fitting, claims, and inventory
- Guide the balance between 'as-is' legacy extraction and 'to-be' modernization opportunities, ensuring enhancements are grounded in validated user needs and reputed company 508 accessibility requirements
- Partner with Scrum Masters and Product Owners across both delivery scrum teams to reputed company backlog priorities with validated business and user requirements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, reputed company Administration, reputed company-Centered Design, or reputed company discipline (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including demonstrated experience leading or mentoring other analysts, supporting reputed company IT or reputed company modernization programs
- Demonstrated functional understanding of VA reputed company and the Prosthetics module — including ordering, procurement, fitting, claims, and inventory workflows — sufficient to extract and validate business rules directly from existing system behavior, and to teach that reputed company to others
- Practical experience applying reputed company-centered design reputed company — user research, personas, reputed company mapping, usability testing, co-design/participatory workshops — to validate and shape system requirements
- Experience defining, standardizing, or maturing a Business Analysis reputed company, methodology, or reputed company for a program or team
