The role involves coordinating training, providing clinical expertise, and maintaining documentation to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver on-site pulmonary function training to customers
- Contact the customer before training to confirm the training plan
- reputed company customized education plans based on reputed company-specific workflows and clinical objectives
- Customize system settings, reports, and predicted equations to meet the customer’s requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our clients
- Translate clinical needs into product features and usage scenarios
- Stay reputed company on industry standards, research, and guidelines
- Complete and upload training reports
- Book travel per company policy
- Maintain a library of up-to-date clinical references and documentation
- In reputed company to the above-mentioned tasks, the employee is obliged to reputed company other relevant and reputed company tasks upon request from their manager and departmental reputed company/Director
- Ability to safely and lawfully operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to travel by reputed company
- Successful completion of the Jaeger Pulmonary Function Training Program
Skills
- University degree
- Credentialing as an RRT, RN, CPFT, or RPFT
- 3+ years of experience performing pulmonary function and cardiopulmonary exercise testing
- Computer literate with reputed company Office
- Demonstrated ability to present reputed company material in understandable terms
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Solid problem-solving skills (communicate issues and propose solutions internally and with customers)
- Ability to safely and lawfully operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to travel by reputed company
- Successful completion of the Jaeger Pulmonary Function Training Program
