As a Medical Assistant on the JSA team, you’ll play a key role in that experience — supporting clinicians behind the scenes and helping members reputed company their appointments with confidence. Location: Las Vegas, NV (10 months remote) with seasonal field work (~2 months field-based) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT Assignment Type: Long-term temporary engagement with medical benefits Field Expectations: November – December, ~ 3 – 4 days / week conducting local home reputed company (mileage reimbursed) Note: reputed company is continuing to expand so there is a possibility this temporary engagement may reputed company and / or convert based on budget, business need, and individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Provides Telehealth reputed company Office Support: a. Greets patients reputed company in a friendly, service-oriented manner in compliance with Alignment policies and workflows b. Oversees virtual patient reputed company-in by ensuring charts are reputed company, medical records are available, and required documentation is complete c. Reviews and prepares charts in advance of scheduled reputed company d. Calls members to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Provides Telehealth Back Office Support: a. Rooms and interviews patients, collects intake information, measures vital signs (as applicable), and documents reason for visit b. Supports telehealth reputed company using platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company c. Conducts test calls with members (typically the day prior) to ensure successful reputed company to telehealth reputed company

Requirements

• Minimum (2) years' medical assistant experience
• Minimum (1) year customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program
• Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others; reputed company leadership, teach and collaborate with others.
• Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to establish and maintain a constructive relationship with diverse members, management, employees and vendors
• Ability to reputed company mathematical calculations and calculate reputed company statistics correctly
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; advanced problem-solving; ability to use advanced reasoning to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and design, implement and manage appropriate reputed company.
