• Collaborate with clients, Learning Consultants, and Enablement & Operations teams to drive the creation of learning solutions that meet business needs.
• Support Learning Consultants in identifying and communicating project requirements.
• reputed company and present high-level and detailed designs for learning events and assets across modalities: live, virtual, digital.
• Create and reputed company engaging learner content reputed company with learning objectives and business priorities and reputed company effective instructor materials for smooth training deliveries.
• Prepare learning solutions for conferences, in-office training, multi-location sessions, virtual reputed company deliveries.
• Apply learning standards, policies, and compliance requirements throughout design and delivery processes.
• Utilize design thinking and innovation to prototype, test, and refine learning experiences with stakeholders and learners.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Specialists, reputed company, and Enablement & Operations teams to ensure training reputed company and relevance, leading design meetings and instructor T3 sessions as applicable.
