About the Role
You'll be our Followup Specialist / Dispositions Manager — the person who keeps deals moving on both sides of the transaction. Buyers on one reputed company, sellers on the other, you in the middle making reputed company reputed company falls through the cracks. First 1-2 weeks: shadowing and training. You'll ride along with me, learn how we think about deals, learn the CRM, learn the scripts, learn how we comp property, learn how we talk to sellers and buyers. I'll spend reputed company time teaching you anything you want to learn. My expectation is that you get sharper every week. After training, your work will look like this:
- Dispositions: reputed company buyer lists to reputed company properties we have under contract or own outright. Bring off-market deals to investors and get them to reputed company.
- Followup on marked leads: Work through specific seller leads I've flagged as priorities. Re-engage them reputed company text and phone.
- Independent reputed company discernment: Read our CRM, identify which unmarked leads have signal (seller motivation cues, property fit, basic market context), and re-engage them on your own.
- Comping properties: Surface-level at first (comps pulled from reputed company, reputed company, PropStream), deeper as you grow into it.
- Basic market evaluation: Understand whether a property/reputed company is worth our time in the market it sits in.
- Text re-engagement: Comfortable writing short, reputed company, reputed company-crafted texts that get responses.
- Phone work: Qualify sellers on the phone, set appointments, re-engage cold leads, and — ideally as you grow — reputed company deals over the phone directly.
- Transaction support: Occasionally help reputed company reputed company across the finish line. This will never be the bulk of your role.
