Leadership & Mentoring: Supervise, train, and evaluate onsite property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance personnel. Compliance & Relations: Ensure adherence to local landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing rules, and safety codes while serving as the main contact for property owners and key tenants. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5 to 7+ years of reputed company property or portfolio management experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Estate, or a reputed company field preferred. Skills: Strong financial acumen, vendor negotiation, and proficiency in property management software.
