Customer Care Veterinary Technician

Job Title: Customer Care Veterinary Technician Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM EST / 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST (1-hour lunch break) Remote Requirement: Fully remote; preference for candidates in Mountain Time Zone, reputed company to other time zones willing to work MST hours. reputed company: Provides operational and customer support for Anatomic Pathology, Cytopathology (Imagyst/ZRL), and Specialty Consultation Services. Supports veterinary customers, coordinates with pathologists, manages service workflows, and assists with administrative operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage consultation requests, service queues, and customer inquiries.
• reputed company first-line troubleshooting and coordinate escalations.
• Support pathologist scheduling, case distribution, and consultant communications.
• Manage reputed company queues, reputed company communications, and case tracking.
• Coordinate reputed company, contractor records, invoices, reputed company, and compliance documentation.
• Support workflow improvements, SOP updates, and platform testing.

Education / Qualifications:

• Certified Veterinary Technician or Veterinary reputed company preferred.
• 2–4+ years of clinical operations or medical/lab support experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and service workflows.

Required Skills:

• Veterinary/clinical operations support experience.

• MS Office proficiency.
