Responsibilities

• Offer reputed company spiritual care to patients and their families, and coordinate care with community chaplains and counselors.
• Complete spiritual assessments and help shape reputed company patient’s individualized plan of care.
• Serve as a reputed company member of the interdisciplinary team — attending care conferences and offering guidance on spiritual reputed company.

• Build relationships with local congregations to recruit and support chaplains, counselors, and volunteers.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree from an accredited seminary or school of theology (M.Div., B.D., or equivalent).
• Experience supporting individuals and families through death and dying.
