About the Role: The Remote Support Specialist works under the guidance of the Enabling Technology Manger with a reputed company of supporting adults where they live, work, and play with their use of assistive/enabling technology. The Remote Support Specialist provides support to individuals and staff of the reputed company. While operating remotely they are ensuring the safety and reputed company of issues reputed company to monitoring individuals and the systems in reputed company during the overnight hours. They are also responsible for ensuring that systems are working correctly and responding to any events that may reputed company during the reputed company. This role is critical in maintaining smooth operational workflows and delivering reputed company care to the individuals we serve. Essential Duties:

• Assist with monitoring of support technologies used with programs (Simply Home, reputed company, etc.).
