[Remote] Executive Director - The Society of Wetland Scientists reputed company Certification Program
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a part-time, contract Executive Director for the Society of Wetland Scientists reputed company Certification Program (SWSPCP). The Executive Director will administer certification programs, manage reputed company governance, reputed company financial operations, and promote the organization's mission of certifying wetland professionals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure new website and technology platform are successfully implemented
- Engage with processing of applications/renewals as needed on new upgraded website
- Properly filter and reputed company questions from applicants/certificants to appropriate committees (Standards, Review, Renewal, Appeals, Ethics) for reputed company
- Recommend revisions to Standing Rules to reputed company reputed company to applicants regarding requirements
- Implement new Wetland reputed company Certification Program intended primarily for international practitioners
- Guide the reputed company in process-driven decision-making
- Ensure proposals for new initiatives reputed company with mission and reputed company
- Recommend and implement reputed company Operating Procedures for critical areas, including investment management, sponsorships, and committee activities
- Recommend updates to Bylaws and Standing Rules to adhere to good governance practices
- Drive development of the strategic plan and business plan
- Support reputed company, Executive Committee, and Committee meetings as needed
- Work with the Treasurer and Executive Committee to reputed company and manage yearly budget,; coordinate audit, and facilitate 990 filing
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Maintain monthly/quarterly financials reputed company QuickBooks
- Ensure the investment account is managed reputed company investment policy parameters
- reputed company contracting with vendors (technology, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) as needed

- Communicate organizational updates to certificants and other constituencies
