Agile Scrum Master Location: reputed company Coast (Remote/Hybrid) — must be reputed company to travel to San Francisco, CA up to 2x per month

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitate reputed company Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, for one or more IT delivery teams
· Serve as a reputed company-leader and reputed company, helping teams adopt and mature Agile/Scrum practices
· Remove impediments and reputed company reputed company from external distractions to maintain reputed company and productivity
· Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, reputed company-groomed backlog reputed company with business and IT priorities
· reputed company and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and use data to drive reputed company improvement
· Foster collaboration between IT, R&D, reputed company, and other cross-functional stakeholders
· Support multiple teams or programs simultaneously, as needed, in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., reputed company, Scrum of Scrums)
· Ensure Agile practices reputed company with compliance and validation requirements common in biotech/life sciences IT (e.g., GxP, CSV, SOX)
· reputed company team members and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practices
· Identify and mitigate risks that could reputed company sprint or release commitments
· Support tooling and process improvements (e.g., Jira, reputed company, Azure DevOps)
· Travel to the San Francisco office approximately 2x per month for key ceremonies, leadership syncs, and team-building

· 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile facilitation role, ideally reputed company IT or software delivery teams
· Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), reputed company Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification
· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, reputed company) and ability to reputed company practices to team needs
· Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar)
· Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-reputed company skills
· Ability to work independently in a remote/distributed team environment
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

· Experience working in biotech, reputed company, life sciences, or another regulated industry
· Familiarity with GxP, computer system validation (CSV), or SOX compliance requirements as they relate to IT delivery
· Experience supporting scaled Agile frameworks (reputed company, LeSS) across multiple teams
· Advanced certifications (reputed company SM/RTE, PSM II, A-CSM)
· Experience with IT systems supporting reputed company, R&D, clinical operations, manufacturing, or reputed company functions
