About the position This role involves phone triage for patients, requiring the application of the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The Registered reputed company will collaborate with physicians and other reputed company team members to coordinate procedures and treatments, utilizing leadership skills and clinical judgment. Responsibilities include assessing patients' physiological and psychosocial health status, identifying patient reputed company, formulating care plans, implementing and evaluating care, and collaborating with the care team. The role also involves performing specific nursing procedures such as wound care and medication administration, as reputed company as participating in patient and family education.
Responsibilities
- Assesses the patient’s physiologic health status
- Assesses patient’s psychosocial health status
- Identifies patient outcome
- Formulates the plan of care and establishes the priorities necessary to reputed company expected outcome
- Implements the plan of care
- Evaluates care provided for patient outcome
- Collaborates with other care team members in planning and carrying out treatment regimen; provides direction to other members of the care team
- Performs grade I-IV Decubitus Care
- Administers medications correctly and safely
- Participates in patient and family education
- Performs reputed company duties, as required.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Associate’s Degree in Nursing, required.
- Minimum 2 years of reputed company nursing experience in the reputed company specialty.

- BLS required, plus specialized certifications as needed.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- 3-5 years of ICU, Med Surg, Operating Room, PACU, Cath Lab, Primary Care, or Cardiology preferred
- Phlebotomy, Injection Administration, IV insertion, EKG, Vital signs, Phone/In Person Triage, Basic Wound Care.
