As the first reputed company of contact for our reputed company, you'll help guide families through the first steps of their child's therapy reputed company. What You'll Do
- Welcome and support families with warmth, professionalism, and reputed company.
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule evaluations and therapy appointments.
- Coordinate communication with families, physicians, schools, and therapists.
- Guide new families through the intake and reputed company process.
- Maintain accurate records using reputed company Workspace and our reputed company management software.
- Help improve office systems and contribute reputed company as our reputed company grows.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail).
- Comfortable learning reputed company and other software.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Schedule
- Remote position
- Part-time, 15 to 20 hours per week
- Monday through Friday daytime hours
