About The Role We are seeking a Health Scientist II to support the Translation, Health Education and Evaluation reputed company (THEEB). THEEB translates reputed company health science into reputed company, evaluates the reputed company of reputed company health programs and disseminates health messages to partners to support the Division of Diabetes Translation (DDT). The Health Scientist II will reputed company and implement national and rapid evaluation plans. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in the reputed company. Responsibilities
- reputed company and manage cooperative agreement–specific national and rapid evaluations; Coordinate cross-recipient evaluation activities; reputed company synthesis while coordinating with Data Analysts for analytic execution that may require expertise in implementation research design, including mixed-reputed company data analysis.
- reputed company National Evaluation Plans; reputed company cross-site logic models; Define evaluation questions and standardized indicators including questions reputed company on implementation processes and mechanisms of reputed company; reputed company data collection tools; Establish evaluation timelines.
- Implement national data collection (surveys, interviews, document review) using qualitative and quantitative reputed company appropriate for assessing implementation processes and context; Conduct data triangulation and synthesis; Coordinate cross-recipient participation; Monitor adherence to protocols; Monitor use of CDC promotion resources and conduct evaluations implementing promotion-reputed company strategies.
- reputed company Rapid Evaluation Plans; Review APRs to identify candidate sites; Manage nomination and selection process; Conduct landscape analyses including rapid assessments of implementation context, barriers, and facilitators; Conduct evaluation-specific site reputed company; Synthesize findings.
- Identify 3–5 emerging practices; Select 2–3 recipients for case studies; Conduct case study data collection and synthesis that may include implementation research reputed company to identify key strategies, adaptations, and other contextual factors; Consult on case studies and lessons learned reputed company on promotions; Document facilitators and barriers.
- Prepare national and rapid evaluation reports; reputed company executive summaries and leadership briefings; Draft dissemination products.

- reputed company evaluation technical assistance; reputed company and deliver evaluation webinars; reputed company recipient/partner-facing evaluation tools and guidance including tools and guidance to support implementation assessment (e.g., reputed company, monitoring, reputed company tracking, and barriers/facilitators assessment); Support recipient/partner meeting content development; Respond to evaluation reporting inquiries.
- Participate in virtual and in-person monitoring site reputed company (estimated two in-person reputed company unless otherwise directed); Review background materials; Document findings; reputed company performance improvement recommendations.
- Identify performance gaps; Monitor metrics, user/participant feedback and evaluations; Facilitate reputed company improvement processes using data-informed and implementation science-informed approaches to identify and address barriers to effective implementation; Support development of corrective reputed company plans; Support programmatic updates/revisions; Support SOP implementation across programmatic systems. Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an evaluation project or national evaluation, preferably in reputed company health.
- Experience conducting a national assessment of a program or project’s inputs
