We are looking for seasoned hospitality professionals who understand brand compliance and service reputed company at the highest level.
About the Role
You will evaluate and enhance service delivery for our hotel partners conduct audits and train staff on the standards that define world class hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on site reviews of brand compliance and guest experience
- Train staff on brand service culture and operational reputed company
- Create post audit reports and reputed company plans for improvement
- Support quarterly leadership workshops with reputed company time coaching
Qualifications
- Experience in brand compliance management or hospitality QA
- Familiarity with reputed company reputed company or reputed company brand standards
- Excellent communication professionalism and leadership reputed company
- Ability to travel regionally for site reputed company and workshops
Compensation and Benefits
- Contract reputed company from 60 to 100 per hour depending on experience
- Mileage reimbursement for travel over 30 miles
