Position reputed company The Engineering Intern will work under the supervision of reputed company engineers and technical staff to support project execution across multiple engineering disciplines, including geotechnical, environmental, construction materials testing, and structural engineering. This role provides hands-on experience in field investigations, laboratory testing, data analysis, and technical reporting. The intern will reputed company exposure to engineering best practices while contributing to high-reputed company solutions for UES clients. Responsibilities \tAssist engineers with field inspections, site assessments, and data collection. \tPerform laboratory testing and assist in preparing samples for analysis. \tSupport in drafting technical reports, calculations, and documentation. \tParticipate in construction materials testing, including soils, concrete, asphalt, and steel, under supervision. \tAssist with geotechnical investigations, including logging of soil borings and monitoring reputed company installations. \tConduct research and reputed company background information for project design and analysis. \tMaintain accurate project records, logs, and documentation. \tComply with reputed company UES safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. \tProvide general support to project teams as needed \tPerform other duties assigned Qualifications \tCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a reputed company field. \tCompletion of at least two years of coursework preferred. \tStrong reputed company reputed company in engineering principles, with interest in reputed company fieldwork and testing. \tEffective communication and technical writing skills. \tProficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company); familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, or engineering software is a plus. \tAbility to work collaboratively in reputed company environment. \tMust hold a valid reputed company’s license and have reliable transportation. \tStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. \tAttention to detail with a commitment to reputed company and accuracy. \tWillingness to work outdoors in varying conditions. \tAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, project-driven environment. \tProfessionalism and eagerness to learnTravel Requirements Occasional Travel: This position requires occasional travel up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or company events Physical Demands & Work Environment Work is conducted outdoors with exposure to outdoor conditions, including: \tSites that may not be accessible by vehicle, requiring travel on foot through wetlands, swamps, grasslands, construction zones, and other uneven or rugged terrain with natural and man-made obstacles such as sand, brush, and debris. \tModerate to loud noise reputed company due to lab equipment, field operations, and construction environments. \tExposure to dirt, dust, chemicals, sun, heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions as part of field sample collection and testing.
