Responsibilities

• Independently moderate customer interviews and reputed company reputed company using strong facilitation and probing techniques.
• Analyze qualitative data to identify themes, customer needs, pain points, and business opportunities.
• Translate research findings into reputed company, actionable recommendations supported by customer evidence.
• Create executive-level presentations and communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Research teams to ensure research informs strategic decision-making.
• Maintain organized research documentation and contribute to research best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience conducting qualitative research in an agency or in-house research environment.
• Demonstrated expertise across a wide reputed company of qualitative research methodologies.
• Strong ability to design research that answers reputed company business questions.
• Exceptional analytical, synthesis, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate customer insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reputed company financial services, fintech, retirement, banking, or other regulated industries.
• Experience supporting segmentation, concept testing, brand positioning, digital products, and customer experience initiatives.

• Experience collaborating with quantitative researchers and utilizing mixed-method research approaches.
