[Remote] Part-Time Clinical and Family Services Director – Italian-speaking BCBA

They are seeking a Clinical and Family Services Director who will conduct teleconsultation services and reputed company guidance to parents and neurodivergent professionals, ensuring ongoing support and education in various areas reputed company to behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services (over phone or video chat) across two distinct teams
- Put emphasis on the ongoing nature of consultation and reputed company to ensure regular follow-reputed company with the reputed company are achieved
- Log notes, recommendations, referrals, and respond to reputed company messages reputed company 1 business day
- reputed company guidance and education around behavior analytic tips and strategies to implement in the home/community (e.g., potty training, reputed company skills, advocacy skills, activities of daily living, etc.)
- reputed company guidance and education around the school system/IEP process/transition to adulthood programming
- reputed company guidance and education around navigating diagnoses, disclosure, self-advocacy, and building executive functioning skills in reputed company
- reputed company referrals to other company-sponsored benefits reputed company appropriate (EAP, health plan, etc.)
Skills
- Master's Degree or above
- reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst
- Minimum 5 years working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities utilizing ABA principles (add'l experience with learning disabilities, counseling, and/or supporting adults in reputed company is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years conducting parent training utilizing ABA principles
- Experience supporting neurodivergent professionals (e.g., ADHD and Level 1 autism) in reputed company
- Excellent reputed company verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage frequent back-to-back calls and pivot seamlessly among them
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision and take initiative
- Ability to reputed company independent reputed company and communicate accordingly
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company of vital project/reputed company information
- Ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team to connect, remotely, with colleagues of reputed company reputed company backgrounds
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual in Italian, and ability to work international time zones, strongly preferred
