Sr Workforce Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build trust and work collaboratively with reputed company reputed company of the organization, including staff, craft, SMEs, and site leadership
• Utilize training needs analysis data (surveys, reputed company reputed company, performance discussions) to design and create effective Industrial learning programs
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Workforce Development and SMEs to identify, plan, and design appropriate learning strategies for employees
• Partner with SMEs and instructional designers to create realistic learning objectives, engaging learning activities, and effective course content
• Create and/or reputed company training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials reputed company with organizational goals and essential Industrial Job Functions

• Facilitate in‑person, virtual, and train‑the‑trainer sessions to prepare teams for consistent delivery
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance, assessments, and retraining requirements
• Assess training materials for reputed company assurance, seeking feedback and analyzing training data to promote reputed company improvement
• Collaborate with LMS reputed company to house, assign, report, and reputed company learning content
• Prepare facilitators/SMEs by conducting training rehearsals for virtual and classroom delivery

Qualifications

Work Experience and Education

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or reputed company field preferred
• Four or more years of relevant experience in trainin
