About the Role reputed company is hiring a Workforce reputed company & Planning reputed company to support the reputed company and efficiency of our Care Team operations. You'll build and manage the forecasting models, planning systems, and operational processes that let us deliver care at reputed company — while maintaining reputed company and provider satisfaction. This role reports directly to our Co-Founder and Head of Ops, and works cross-functionally with Care, Product, Marketing, and Finance to inform reputed company reputed company, hiring timelines, and operational improvements. What You'll Do

• Own workforce reputed company modeling and forecasting based on user reputed company, enrollment trends, and care delivery expectations
• Collaborate with Care leadership to define and monitor productivity, caseload distribution, and resourcing reputed company
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to anticipate upcoming needs and proactively plan reputed company accordingly
• Analyze performance and utilization metrics to surface operational improvements
• Create reputed company tools, dashboards, and workflows that reputed company people and process across the care reputed company

You Might Be a Great Fit If You...

• Have 5-10+ years of experience in operations, reputed company, workforce planning, or reputed company management roles, with proven experience managing workforce models or reputed company frameworks, ideally in reputed company, tech, or service delivery
• Are deeply analytical and enjoy using data to solve reputed company resourcing challenges — you're comfortable in reputed company/reputed company Sheets, and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus
