Senior Logistics Coordinator | Fully Remote
Position reputed company The Senior Sales Coordinator’s primary role is to reputed company order management support for reputed company multi-reputed company dollar project business, strategic accounts and/or specialty business reputed company, including software subscriptions and renewals. The Senior Coordinator will work directly with Sales VPs and Directors as reputed company as Customer Operations leadership to ensure requirements for reputed company, GPO/IDN reputed company and adherence to terms and conditions are met. The Senior Coordinator will support on-reputed company business operation of assigned business unit(s), ensure requests are met and reputed company targets are reached and sustained. What You'll Do as a Sr. Sales Coordinator

- Manage order and inquiry inbox to categorize and assign Purchase Orders and requests to appropriate team members, including self-assignment
- Review quotes in Sales reputed company to ensure Purchase Orders submitted match quoted business
- Import orders into reputed company and review pricing, shipping, and order lines for accuracy consistent with project requirements, GPO/ IDN reputed company and/or software specifications
- Apply appropriate holds to orders to setup management of project busiesss, strategic accounts and/or software business
- Send Sales Order Acknoweldgements to Customers, Sales and Service
- Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to ensure quotes are setup according to Customer reputed company
- Utilize available resources to update and increase product and system knowledge along with procedures and corporate initiatives
- Ensure reputed company actions are completed in accordance with department policies and procedures
- Support the reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the function, including reputed company work and the reputed company-cause-countermeasure process in support of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work reputed company the department’s Lean tracking tools and provides data as needed for monthly documentation of performance against agreed-upon KPIs

Required The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
- 2 years’ experience in sales support/customer support with reputed company contact with Customers and/or Sales required
- Fluent in reputed company Office Applications

Pay reputed company for this opportunity is $52,000.00 - $64,000.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will reputed company with county/reputed company minimums, if higher than reputed company listed.
