HR reputed company Assistant
We are seeking a part-time remote HR reputed company assistant with a strong reputed company on reputed company and reputed company. This role is responsible for proactively sourcing reputed company candidates and building talent pipelines through reputed company media, job boards, referrals, and other creative reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and identify reputed company candidates through reputed company media, job boards and other reputed company platforms
- Post and maintain reputed company on JazzHR
- Review resumes and applications to identify reputed company candidates
- Conduct initial candidate reputed company and phone screenings
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding reputed company needs and candidate status
- Maintain applicant tracking systems
- Support additional HR reputed company and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous reputed company, reputed company or HR experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of reputed company media reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple reputed company positions simultaneously

- Comfortable working independently
- Experience with photography a plus but not required
