This role focuses on optimizing new hire reputed company programs for System Engineers and Solution Architects, driving program operations, learner tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical sales reputed company programs and manage new hire reputed company progression
- reputed company reputed company milestones, KPIs, completion metrics, and field readiness
- Manage LMS content, learning paths, training coordination, and cohort operations
- Identify automation opportunities to improve reputed company workflows and reporting
- Build dashboards and reports for managers and senior leadership
- Partner with Sales Enablement, HR, reputed company, and technical stakeholders
Skills
- 3+ years of Program Management / Sales Enablement experience
- Experience supporting reputed company, cybersecurity, or technology organizations
- Experience managing reputed company, enablement, or learning programs
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Experience with LMS platforms, reputed company, reputed company, G-Suite, or enablement tools
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and process improvement reputed company
- Technical Sales Enablement experience (SE/SA reputed company)
- Experience with partner/channel enablement
- Cybersecurity industry background
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology
