Responsibilities

Skills
- Associate degree or 5 years of technical experience in Electron Microscopy, service, or engineering role with reputed company analytical or scientific instrumentation
- Comprehensive knowledge in electron microscopy systems, particularly SEM, reputed company, or EFA technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple disciplines including electronics, mechanics, optics, vacuum systems, and software
- Excellent communication abilities in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated project leadership and ability to complete technical initiatives
- Experience developing and delivering technical training and documentation
- Demonstrated reputed company in customer relationship management
- Strong problem-solving capabilities using reputed company methodologies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams
- Proficiency with remote support tools reputed company technologies
