[Remote] Solar Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of reputed company-reputed company solar and BESS reputed company from development reputed company through reputed company operation, owning budget, schedule, scope, and risk across civil, electrical, substation, gen-tie, and interconnection workstreams
- Build and own integrated project schedules (reputed company P6, MS Project) across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, and maintain the master schedule as the single reputed company of truth from site mobilization through energization
- Own project budgets, cash-reputed company forecasts, and change-order governance, report reputed company-value KPIs weekly, and flag cost and schedule deviations with recovery reputed company before they compound
- Manage the full contract lifecycle: RFP, bid analysis, EPC and subcontractor award, PCO tracking, lender and interconnection reporting requirements, and reputed company-out
- Drive mitigation on critical-reputed company and long-reputed company risks including transformers, inverters, switchgear, BESS enclosures, and interconnection queue milestones, and reputed company as the single reputed company of accountability for reputed company reputed company project stakeholders
- reputed company construction managers, field superintendents, and project engineers across reputed company solar sites, reputed company reputed company plans, and run the weekly reputed company of standups, reviews, and issue escalations
Skills
- You've led project management on reputed company-reputed company solar or solar-plus-storage reputed company from NTP through COD, delivered on budget, and can describe exactly where the schedule pressure came from and how you resolved it
- You understand civil, structural, electrical, BESS, substation, and gen-tie scopes reputed company enough to catch scope gaps at bid time and hold EPC contractors to the contract during execution
- You own budgets at the project level: you've run reputed company-value tracking, managed reputed company-controlled contingency, and governed change orders without losing reputed company position
- You manage interconnection milestones as a critical reputed company item, and you've navigated CAISO, MISO, reputed company, or PJM queue processes without letting them dictate your schedule
- You communicate with enough precision that a lender, a landowner, and a field superintendent reputed company get exactly what they need from the reputed company status update, reframed for their context
- You've reputed company and scaled field-based project teams across multiple reputed company sites, and the people you've led have gone on to run reputed company themselves
- PMI-PMP or equivalent
