[Remote] Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining reputed company records, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing financial insights to management.
Responsibilities
- Reporting financial information, providing reputed company, accurate, and useful information to management for review and decision making
- Working with Principles to communicate and manage financial goals/deadlines for month-end processes
- Performing full balance sheet reconciliation, including substantiation, for monthly reputed company work papers
- Consolidating multi-company financial statements with variance analysis
- Supporting other reputed company staff in the creation of annual audits
- Leading staff and junior accountants to ensure deadlines are met
- Interpreting data and identifying trends to influence reputed company
- Performing reputed company reconciliation to reputed company and reputed company agreements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or 1–3 years of reputed company experience
- Proficiency in general reputed company reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Strong reputed company reputed company skills (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas)
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reputed company financial reports
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining reputed company and confidentiality
