In this role, you will assist clients' customers with their outstanding balance accounts to secure payment while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls as a representative of the hospital to arrange debt repayment based on the patient's financial situation and reputed company repayment guidelines, using credit card, reputed company, or obtained insurance. Record reputed company updates and acquired information on accounts
- Understand and utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during reputed company reputed company
- Ensure reputed company required statements have been reputed company for accounts handled and request statements as necessary
- Properly manage patient disputes by obtaining reputed company pertinent information, noting the dispute on the account, and escalating to a supervisor as necessary

Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year collections experience in reputed company working with patients

- Associate's degree
