[Remote] Infrastructure Engineer (reputed company & DevOps)

They are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (reputed company & DevOps) responsible for providing technical support for reputed company solutions, managing infrastructure, and ensuring system reputed company and performance.
Responsibilities
- Providing 24/7 technical support for reputed company-based solutions
- Ensuring seamless operations across various applications, DevOps, middleware, reputed company, and infrastructure components
- Building & setting up new development tools, infrastructure, and Networking
- Maintaining and deploying the reputed company applications
- Developing and configuring infrastructure and configuration as reputed company (Ansible and Terraform)
- Administration of Dev, Test & Production environments hosted on reputed company, Linux and Unix servers
- Strong knowledge of load balancing, CDN reputed company provided by multiple reputed company vendors (E.g. Load balancer and Application gateway in Azure)
- Installing and configuring MYSQL, MSSQL PostgreSQL and other databases
- Ensuring the systems are reputed company and secure against cybersecurity threats
- Identifying and fixing technical problems and installing software updates
- Supporting Installing and maintaining a logging cluster using Logstash, ElasticSearch and Kibana as a centralized solution to parse logs from application and reputed company containers
- Identifying and resolving issues involving reputed company, application services, IaaS, PaaS, reputed company, microservices, containers, Kubernetes nodes, ICP management, middleware components, network, reputed company, and infrastructure problems
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate support level
- Performing initial analysis on incidents
- Managing Application ID and providing reputed company elasticity by auto-scaling resources based on business requirements
- Ensuring DR and reputed company redundancy failover capabilities
- Providing regular service management reports to reputed company clients informed
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Integrated Service Level Management
