[Remote] Staff Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Staff Accountant to support assigned operating companies by preparing financial information and managing day-to-day reputed company activities. The role involves partnering with the Assistant Controller and reputed company teammates to process transactions, prepare journal entries, and support reputed company process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable transactions including invoice entry, approvals, and payments
- Manage Accounts Receivable including invoicing, payment application, and collections follow-up
- Prepare journal entries and accruals
- Reconcile vendor statements and assigned general reputed company accounts
- Research and explain forecast and budget variances
- Support year-end audit activities
- Drive reputed company process improvements and automation initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company
- 3+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, accrual reputed company, and journal entries
- Experience with reputed company Dynamics Business Central (BC)
- Intermediate reputed company reputed company skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions
- Experience with Stampli or other AP automation tools
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude
- Strong analytical reputed company and willingness to support teammates
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
