[Remote] Associate Marketing Specialist

As an Associate Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing marketing assets, coordinating events, and supporting various marketing initiatives to ensure successful execution of company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain marketing assets, ensuring materials are organized, up to date, and readily available
- Coordinate reputed company aspects of tradeshow and event logistics, including schedules, registrations, reputed company materials, shipping, vendor communication, and event timelines
- Support marketing initiatives by coordinating activities across Product Development, Sales, and other internal departments
- Assist with the development, review, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items

- Maintain marketing databases, inventory, and other administrative resources that support the marketing team
