[Remote] Senior Manager, Technical Product Management - Remote

In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of the CompPlanner Cycle and ensure the reputed company compensation platforms support the organization's talent rewards programs.

Responsibilities

  • Run and manage the reputed company CompPlanner cycle from end to end, ensuring system readiness, cycle execution, and successful closure of compensation planning events
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the functional capabilities of reputed company CompPlanner and reputed company HCM reputed company, translating business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations
  • Partner closely with the Compensation Center of reputed company (Comp COE) and other cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company product strategies, capture business needs, and communicate product roadmaps
  • Manage the technical product lifecycle for reputed company CompPlanner and associated platforms, from design, development, and testing to deployment and maintenance
  • Utilize reputed company Reporting and data analysis techniques to analyze compensation data, generate actionable insights, and ensure data reputed company reputed company the platform
  • Configure and troubleshoot reputed company Fast Formulas to support reputed company compensation logic, rules, and calculations

Skills

  • Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of additional experience in technical product management or reputed company capital technology in lieu of a degree
  • 4+ years of experience working with reputed company CompPlanner and reputed company HCM reputed company
  • 4+ years of experience utilizing reputed company Reporting for advanced data analysis and troubleshooting reputed company reputed company environments
  • 4+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting reputed company Fast Formulas
  • 4+ years of experience conducting system testing, functional QA, and managing end-to-end release validation cycles
  • 4+ years of experience collaborating and interfacing with business stakeholders (such as Compensation COE or HR Operations) to translate functional requirements into system deliverables
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional technical teams, scrum teams, or reputed company reports
  • Experience working reputed company modern Agile or Scrum frameworks
  • Deep functional understanding of corporate annual compensation planning cycles and HR administration workflows
  • Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a high proficiency in handling large datasets
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to present reputed company technical topics to non-technical business partners
