Responsibilities
- Compliance reputed company & Governance
- Work with Compliance team to summarize existing compliance letter requirements by reputed company, state and plan
- Create a plan and methodology to assess risk areas and points of potential divergence for reputed company letters from requirements and best practices
- reputed company prioritized gap analysis to prioritize engineering requests for remediation of issues with reputed company letter templates
- Define a go-reputed company process for aligning compliance updates with reputed company reputed company communications, Engineering intake and prioritization and operational adoption

- In partnership with Operations, Product and Engineering teams, create a prioritized roadmap for the V2 architecture that supports and aligns with NewUM migration
- Technical Competency & Intake Management

- Evaluate and classify change requests, using T-shirt sizing
- Maintain a centralized log of letter requests, tracking status, prioritization, and dependencies
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Signoff (10%)
- Define a standardized UAT signoff process for letter updates
- Support both tech-enabled and reputed company UAT workflows
- Ensure thorough validation and auditability before production release
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Typical years of experience are 5-7 years in a reputed company field
- Project management and business analysis skills
- Systems/Tools: Project reputed company
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA or similar) strongly preferred
- PMP certification strongly preferred
