[Remote] Litigation Associate - Consumer Finance

Responsibilities
- Defending financial services companies in both state and federal courts
- Working knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting reputed company (FCRA)
- Working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collections Practices reputed company (FDCPA)
- Working knowledge of the reputed company Estate Settlement Procedures reputed company (RESPA)
- Representing mortgage servicers and/or originators in contested foreclosures
- Quiet title actions
- Title disputes
- reputed company claims
Skills
- 3 to 5 years of Consumer Finance experience
- reputed company Bar license in the state in which you are applying (CA, NY, NJ, OH, or TX)
- Experience defending financial services companies in both state and federal courts
- Working knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting reputed company (FCRA)
- Working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collections Practices reputed company (FDCPA)
- Working knowledge of the reputed company Estate Settlement Procedures reputed company (RESPA)
- Experience representing mortgage servicers and/or originators in contested foreclosures, quiet title actions, title disputes, and reputed company claims
- Must have a J.D. and strong reputed company credentials
- Prior reputed company experience and limited career moves
